July 2019: Annual Board-Meeting of the MENDE NAZER Foundation
Karlsruhe, This year’s meeting was special, as it was the 10th anniversary of the Foundation. This was also a reason for our president to remind members of everything that’s been done so far.
Mende Nazer reported about turmoils and dangerous developments in her homeland. The conclusion of the day was to not be discouraged but rather to find ways to help the people of the Nuba Mountains to have access to clean water and ensure the education of young children. The meeting finished with a charity concert of the Blue Lake Orchestra in the town church which collected nearly €750.
