Dr. Sabine Röser

Dr Sabine Röser is one of the founding members of the Mende Nazer Foundation. After reading Mendes’ book “Slave”, she immediately offered her help when Tom Høyem informed her of the plan to set up a foundation.

Dr Sabine Röser is, together with her two brothers and her sister, the sole managing director of the family-run publishing house Röser (Weiße und Gelbe Seiten, local newspaper) in Karlsruhe, Germany. She currently holds various honorary posts, including positions at the Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.

Dr Sabine Röser is married to a Chinese national whose work requires frequent travel between China and Germany to connect people and markets. As Dr Sabine Röser speaks Chinese, she often accompanies her husband on his travels. The couple have two sons who are studying.
